AKC Small English Bulldog Female 8 Months in Bellview, West Virginia For Sale

Very sweet and gentle 8 month english bulldog, Millie.
She is on the small side at 36 pounds. I would not consider her a mini.. but she is smaller than average.
She is a very loving dog, loves people and other small dogs.
I hate to sell her but I just don't have the time that she deserves.
She loves to cuddle and sleep in bed with you.. she absolutely loves attention. She loves children.. but I do not want her to go to a home with very small children... 8 years + I just want to make sure they know how to treat a dog since she is small.
I do not want her to go to a breeder... I want her in a home as pet only.
I would like her to go somewhere that she would be home with someone all day. She is crate trained however I can not seem to fully housebreak her.
She knows how to sit... and she loves to play and go on walks. I will send her to an experienced bulldog family ONLY!! Vet references will be required.
I want her to preferably go to a home in my area which is Fairmont... I will not travel. If you want her you need to come and see her in person.
If you cannot afford vet bills, which can be high with english bulldogs.. they are very high maintenance, please do not contact me.
She did have cherry eye but I had the surgery done and she is doing great!!
She does have some type of allergy in the summer and does get hot spots... she is on medication for them now. As far as I know she doesn't need to be on them continuously... just maybe ever once in a while.
She needs to be on Royal Canin Bulldog puppy food because of food sensitivities... which costs about $60 a bag and I buy approx 1 bag a month.
If you do not know how much these dogs need taken be care of... cleaning wrinkles.. washing food and water bowls after every use... bulldogs cannot be out in the summer heat.. must be in air conditioning.. they can die very easily of heat stroke and she gets hot easily... and they need to be bathed in a special shampoo...

She comes with her collar, cage, and some toys.
There is no guarantee on her.. I am not a breeder and I cannot offer another puppy. She is very healthy except for the occasional hot spots. And I can give you vet paperwork.. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old.
I know this may be alot to take in.. but I want to find her the best home possible. I DO NOT want to sell her.. she can stay here as long as it takes to find her a home. Do NOT make me an offers.. this price is FIRM.
